I train leaders to reach in before the crisis

Someone in your team is falling apart right now.

Their mum just died. Their marriage is ending. Their debt’s piling up. Or they can’t even get out of bed.

They’re still showing up. Still saying “I’m fine.”

You’ve noticed the change. But you don’t know what to do. So you say nothing.

And they keep drowning.

Why I do this

4th March 2020. My airline went into administration. After 20 years as an airline captain and black box investigator, I had no job, four children, and a mortgage.

Here’s what I learned in aviation: We don’t wait for the crash to check the black box. We check it after every flight. Small signals that look like nothing add up to disaster.

Your people work the same way. They’re leaking signals right now.

For months, I told everyone I was fine.

I wasn’t. I was locking myself in the bathroom so my family couldn’t see me fall apart.

Nobody said anything.

Until someone did. They noticed. They told me they were worried. They gave me one step forward.

Now I train leaders to have that conversation.

Three ways to work with me

Speaking

Your leadership team leaves with a framework to spot pressure early – and the confidence to act before someone quietly checks out.

Training

Your managers will know what to look for, what to say, and when to escalate – before someone goes off sick, quits, or worse.

Coaching

1:1 coaching for senior leaders navigating team crises or their own pressure

“Christo has a rare ability to make difficult subjects accessible and human. His training is honest, powerful, and practical – and it’s had a lasting impact on our team culture.”

― Karina Good, HR Director, Baillie Gifford
